An explosion has killed one person in a Somali area of the Kenyan capital Nairobi, police said.
The blast in the Eastleigh suburb is suspected to have been a suicide attack.
Police added that a child was also injured in the explosion.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is due to visit Nairobi on Saturday.
