20-year-old Nigerian pop star Davido, has just acquired a property in Lekki Phase 1. The report also has it that the value of the mansion is around N140m – the price the property was on the market for.
Although it has not been confirmed if he paid the advertised amount, the Dami Duro crooner, did not waste time with negotiations, as the deal to buy the house, was sealed between yesterday and today. The newly acquired property, is close to where his father also has a house in Lekki. 
Davido joins the league of artistes like Iyanya, Don Jazzy, etc, who own apartments in the highbrow area of Lagos.
