It will be recalled that the embattled Senator (representing Borno Central) was accused by the Joint Military Task Force (JTF) of sheltering a Boko Haram Commander in his house.
According to the court papers, the written press statement issued by Musa was captioned ‘JTF Arrests Boko-Haram Commander in Senator’s House’.
