PHOTOS: Private jets flood Kano Airport for Dangote daughter’s wedding

Nigerian big boys on Friday stormed Kano State for the wedding of the daughter of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote.

According to eyewitnesses, many private jets and chartered planes were parked at the Aminu Kano international Airport Kano, with more dignitaries still expected to arrive for the lavish wedding.

Shettima DanAzumi who saw the private jets at the airport said “elite-ship is a cultism.”

“While our Airports continuously looking miserable or at best wearing the face of a market place, the country’s big boys pretend never aware of this sorry state. They continue to land and park their state of the arts Aircrafts so shamelessly,” he added.

Below is his full post:

“The kind of luxurious PJs that I saw at the Aminu Kano Airport today reconfirmed my conviction that elite-ship is a cultism, the elites are like family, they are so indebted to each other. In the language of William Wordsworth, ‘ten thousand saw I at a glance’. These PJs almost took over all the AKIA parking space. This is sequel to close to two hours flight delay experience at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport due to traffic landing caused by the Presidential protocol in connection to his flying to Kano too, for the same reason all the rest of the members of the elites were converging. Well what do u expect when all our Airports have a single runway?😏

"Abeg how can one be this Dangote safe, so that I go cause this kind crowd of elites while giving out my daughter or son in marriage?😀"
